What is Miss Femme Fatal's return policy?

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at femmefatalteam@outlook.com. When you contact us, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. You are solely responsible for any & all return shipping expenses that may occur.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for on sale items, or items from our Vintage Collection.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Where does Miss Femme Fatal get their limited time vintage products?

We get our limited time products through sustainable means and locations. These pre loved products were hand picked by our team who took the time to search for them. These items are sold as first come, first serve as we only have a quantity of one for each under this category.

Is Miss Femme Fatal able to ship to my address?

We are happy to say that we currently ship our products to nearly every province / territory in Canada, and 27 states in the US currently.

We apologize if your state isn't here yet. Please be patient as we work on shipping to more states in the future.

Does Miss Femme Fatal store any user data?

We do not store any of your data for any reason other than marketing / shopping purposes, and to allow us to notify you of new promotions. We do not store any personal payment information. This information is collected using secured methods from Shopify. We do not handle payment information.

Will Miss Femme Fatal expand their collections?

Our store prides itself on offering the best brand new, printed clothing, as well as real Vintage clothing. While our inventory will expand over time, we may also remove / replace any products for a variety of reasons, including the item being completely sold out.
